PAMM is a repository for all projects undertaken across the property portfolio. Creates an easy to view snapshot of all the diverse, cross department projects and can inform opex and capex.

 

PAMM has been created as a Microsoft 365 App and can be accessed securely allowing review and edit function on any device with an internet connection.

 

Having the ability to track a project from tender issue and contract execution right through to defect monitoring and commissioning reporting whilst automatically integrating into an existing asset management platform creates a unseen visibility and governance for internal project management of minor work agreements.
