However we recognize the need for ongoing support, customization, technical integration and new app creation. Our global consultancy partners are also available for asset advice, sustainability optimisation and engineering support as required.

Deployment
Our Apps are stored in your companies Microsoft 365 environment and are password accessible. All Build-Apps have been created as Microsoft 365 Apps and can be accessed securely allowing review and edit functions on any device with internet connection.
Customisation
Build-Apps are fully customisable to your building specifications. As asset and lettable area data is imported, real-time performance of your property portfolio will be tracked. We customise to the clients requirements and preferences. This includes user interface, data fields and appearance when viewing the database. Build-Apps can effectively provide the most accurate and useful information for each client.
Technical
The structure and content of our Build-Apps can be hosted stand-alone even on the smallest clients' 365 account, meaning complete open protocol and no lock-in contracts requirements for clients. Our technical team offer IT support for those with small IT teams to ensure all our clients can experience the power of Build-Apps.
Creation
The Microsoft Power Platform enables a unilateral data and security exchange within a single Microsoft 365 license and environment.
